Our Attorney
Our principal attorney, Randy J. Harvey, brings a unique set of skills and decades of real world business experience outside the law and before becoming a lawyer to the practice of law. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Harvey holds a Ph.D. degree in Education Management and Policy — a field in which he worked for three decades as a teacher, administrator and human resources director. He is also the 2004 Toastmasters International World Champion of Public Speaking.
Mr. Harvey knows what running a small business really means. At age 15, he started his own hog farming operation. In the years since, he has also owned and operated a swimming pool maintenance business, a labor negotiations and consulting business, a public speaking business and now, today, a law firm.
Happily married for over 30 years, in his spare time Mr. Harvey spends much of his time researching and musing about the lives of Abraham Lincoln and Sir Winston Churchill.
